Identify Action And Follow-Up Items
Given a dialogue, return action items and follow-up items for each speaker. An action item is defined as a promise to do something specific external to the conversation that has not yet been completed,
e.g. walking the dog.
A follow-up item is defined as an unanswered request by the other person that they will need a reminder to complete.
If there are no action items or no follow-up items, return None for that speaker for that category
